helping people. Whether your role is a physiotherapist, massage therapist or front desk
receptionist, we love individuals with a positive energy, who can communicate with ease to
a variety of demographics and ages. Our team are proactive and a passion to help shines

Every decision we make, is to do what’s best for the patient and staff. You will get to know
all patients, as though they are friends, spending time to support them and help motivate
them on their journey. We prioritise training and support for staff, allocating a weekly 1:1
with the lead therapist. We strongly believe if we look after our staff, they will look after our
patients. Our mission is to create the best MSK therapy centre for patients and staff.
Our team work shifts either 8am - 2pm or 2.30pm - 8.30pm
All staff are required to carry out at least one AM shift and one PM shift per week
We prefer full time staff but offer part time to the right candidates.

Specialist MSK Physiotherapist
We believe in honest, science based treatment and genuinely care about every individual we see. We love helping individuals via bespoke education, tailored rehabilitation, manual therapy and massage. We are biased towards exercise and love helping individuals with complex psychosocial needs. We understand the importance of holistic care, considering factors such as, sleep, nutrition, mental health and the immune system. You must enjoy health promotion, including physical and mental health. Excellent listening skills are a must, as well as attention to detail and organisation. As well as providing outstanding rehabilitation, a component of the role will be to help market the business, as well as building your own patient list.
- BSc (hons) Physiotherapy and current HCPC registration (essential)
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
- CSP membership (desirable) (as this provides medical malpractice insurance)
Must hold own PLI and medical malpractice insurance. The practice holds the
above, however each therapist must hold their own insurance independently
- 3 years minimum experience desirable although not essential for the right candidate, as regular training and support given.
- Prior private practice or sports experience is desirable but not essential.
Sports Massage Therapist (including Sports Therapists)
Massage helps reduce pain, muscle soreness and a feeling of tension and tightness. Our
massage therapists complement and work well with our physiotherapists, providing a
hands on approach to help individuals both in pain and not in pain. We love massage as a
form of relaxation, self-care and compliments physiotherapy and training.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or 4 diploma in sports massage (essential)
- A degree in Sports Therapy or equivalent (desirable)
- You will screen individuals for serious health conditions that would be contra-indicated for sports massage. Discuss with lead physiotherapist if unsure or further assessment is required.
- Provide muscle assessments, highlighting key indications and recommendations for massage with your patient.
- Provide tailored sports massage to the individual, varying pressure and depth depending on the patients preference.
- Grow your list and rebook clients regularly into your diary. -Be physically fit to undertake up to 6 hours of sports massage per shift.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a high-quality customer experience is received.
- Go above and beyond to help patients and colleagues.
