Neck pain is very common, but in most cases, is not worrying and is short lived. There are multiple causes of neck pain.
Our expert physiotherapists can help;
- Headaches
- Whiplash
- Stress and tension
- Disc herniations.
- Central, left or right sided neck pain
- Referred pain into the shoulders or shoulder blades
- Nerve pain, pins and needles or changes in muscle power.
You may hear the term ‘trapped nerve’ which in most cases is technically incorrect, as often the nerve is just a little irritated. This common and in most cases, not anything to worry about. However, if you do have these symptoms, particularly if your symptoms are worsening, we would recommend an assessment from one of our physiotherapists.
Saw Katie recently after experiencing ankle pain and was impressed. She’s very professional and thorough, and is clearly an expert.

Katie is brilliant. I went to her with aches and pains in my hip after a car accident. I felt completely at ease and supported by her, and trusted her professional opinion. Definitely recommend.
