You may not have had a specific injury but want to enhance your current performance. This is targeted towards improving strength, power, endurance, co-ordination, agility or technique to improve you chosen sport or activity. We are perfectionists; therefore we love working on those 1% gains.
We may use video analysis to break down the movement patterns within your chosen activity and work with strength and conditioning coaches to enhance technique.
