Ligament sprains are normally a result of a specific incident or trauma. They can present with pain, swelling and possibly bruising. Depending on the grade of injury, it can give a feeling of instability.

- Medial Collateral ligament (MCL) injuries
- Acromioclavicular joint (ACJ) ligament injury
Our physiotherapists will assess the joint stability and advise you accordingly. Treatment may consist of graded rehabilitation to improve movement, weightbearing, strength, function, balance and control.
