Yoga is a restorative low impact exercise, combining mindful movement, stretching and breathwork into a holistic, calming mind and body practice.
Our gentle group classes or 1:1 sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs, particularly if you have an injury, our instructors will provide alternative options to allow you to continue moving in safe and helpful way. For 1:1 booking availability, please call or email us.
We provide all the equipment you need – including mats, bricks, blocks, straps and bolsters – so you can simply turn up and enjoy your class.

Energy Flow
Avoid that midday slump, whether working from home, in the office or at home with the kids – escape and join us on the mat to get the body moving and juices flowing. This 45-minute class will be of an intermediate pace and intensity. Suitable for people with some previous experience of yoga, or beginners wanting to be challenged!

CosyFlow with Jules
It's time to press pause, unwind and give yourself some self-care with this soothing, restorative evening flow. This gentle floor based sequence is suitable for everyone (including beginners), wanting to de-stress, gently stretch and restore the body, finding relaxation.

Therapeutic Yoga with Becky
We take traditional hatha yoga postures and make them accessible to everyone. With the use of props and verbal instructions guiding you through the movements, you will explore different movements and postures in a safe way to improve your flexibility, control and balance.

1:1 Yoga
These individual sessions are for those who may be nervous of going to a group session, are new to yoga or need specific individual guidance throughout. These sessions will build your confidence, enabling you to progress your yoga practice. Please email or call us to book these appointments.
Pilates Classes
We offer two types of Pilates – traditional Matwork Pilates and Clinical Pilates.
Matwork Pilates aims to improve strength, control of movement, core stability, flexibility and breathing with movement.
Clinical Pilates uses traditional Matwork Pilates, combined with physiotherapy expertise, to provide suitable exercises for beginners, individuals with health conditions or people recovering from injury.
Both styles can be in a group class or 1:1 and is the perfect complementary practice to yoga. For 1:1 booking availability, please call or email us.

Clinical Pilates with Naomi
Clinical Pilates is traditional Pilates-type exercise combined with physiotherapy assessment and expertise to provide very suitable exercises for people recovering from injury or working around specific injuries or conditions. This class is also a good choice for beginners.

Pilates with Beth
Pilates aims to build strength, control and flexibility in a tailored group class. This low impact exercise is not to be underestimated, this class with Beth can be challenging. Suitable for those who have done Pilates before.
