So whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your overall strength and mobility, we create tailored workouts that prioritise your health, safety, and long-term progress.
Physiotherapist-led Personal Training

Physiotherapist-led Personal Training sessions blend expert knowledge of anatomy, injury prevention, and rehabilitation with personalised fitness programming. Personal Training with a Physiotherapist
Get a personalised fitness plan that’s all about you. Our expert trainers will design a custom workout routine based on your goals – whether you’re looking to build strength, increase endurance, improve flexibility, or enhance overall fitness. Each session is tailored to your abilities, ensuring a safe and effective approach that maximises your progress.
We offer blocks of 8 or 6, or single sessions (all 45 mins each).
Traditional Personal Training with a fitness instructor is also available – contact us for more details.
Strong Foundations – 6 week plan
Includes:
1 x 45 min 1:1 Personal Training session at the start, to assess goals and program a plan to carry out independently.
4 x weekly strength-based or yoga/Pilates classes at Moko, to complement 1:1 training plan and provide motivation.
1 x 45 min 1:1 Personal Training session to review progress with plan and progress/regress as appropriate.
1 x 40 min sports massage with a Physio taken anytime over the 6 week plan.

Are you a runner looking to improve your running performance?
RUN STRONG is a 45-minute, physio-led, small group session on Wednesdays at 7.15pm, aimed at runners who are wanting to improve their running performance, get stronger, and stay injury-free. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG GETTING STRONG.
We use principles of strength & conditioning to make you a more resilient runner, including:
Resistance training
Proprioceptive/control/balance work
Mobility exercises
Plyometrics
Force absorption work
Alongside this, we will discuss key components of any good running program, such as; warm-up drills, the importance of sleep, diet, types of training runs, and much more!
Important: All runners are welcome, however, if you have an injury, you will need a physiotherapy assessment with one of the Moko team before commencing the group sessions.
