Mummy MOT
What is a Mummy MOT?
This 1 hour assessment includes personalised physiotherapy for postnatal wellness. We’ll start by understanding your health pre-delivery, discuss your birthing experience and get up to speed with how you are post-delivery, including goals to return to feeling your usual self again. We’ll dive deep into your posture, pelvic floor, and abdominal muscles, ensuring you get the TLC you deserve to kickstart your postpartum recovery, including safe return to exercise.
When can I attend a Mummy MOT?Â
We are keen to help you return to your normal self as soon as possible, we recommend having your GP check first if possible. This would normally be;
6 weeks post partum for routine delivery
8 weeks post partum following a C Section
We do also help ladies who have given birth years ago, that may still have a tummy gap or related pelvic floor issues.
